We walked into Pacitti Jones on Havelock St to ask about available flats, and received a very helpful reception from Lettings Manager Jennifer McMillan. She quickly connected us with an available property, arranged a viewing, stayed in constant touch by phone and email, provided timely advice on the processes and e-paperwork, and a week later our daughter has her keys. Also not to forget about Lorraine Law - Without her RAPIDDD FASTT offer  I wouldn’t have secured the property as Market is too bouyent and impossible to secure a right property which is admired by a lot of property hunters. People are willing to pay 20%-30% above home reports easy. Lorraine helped me a lot regarding the offer and securing the deal.
