We can protect yourself and your family by giving you peace of mind in the knowledge that if you are unable to carry out your normal tasks of going to the bank and dealing with your financial affairs, your appointed trusted person/s can act on your behalf after the Power of Attorney has been registered. When things go back to normal, you simply go back to dealing with your own financial matters.
Our Powers of Attorney also provide your chosen Attorney/s with powers to act in making welfare decisions about your health and care, if at any time in the future you are unable to do so.
