The individual will require to take on their own caseload, working through files from end to end in each transaction. Please note: we are happy to consider NQS or experienced professionals.
To meet current expansion, opportunities await in three locations: Glasgow, Stirling, and Linlithgow.
Specification:
The successful candidate should have:– Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing
– Excellent IT skills
– Excellent customer service skills
Daily responsibilities will include:– Conversing with clients and solicitors
– Handling email correspondence
– Dealing with client enquiries
– Providing appropriate advice and assistance
– Applying for searches, checking titles, preparing cash statements and drafting deeds
– Contacting Factors, responding to observations and dealing with lenders
– Submitting applications for Registration
The Pacitti Jones group operates a branch network which requires flexibility for operational reasons and, as such, the position may be based from any of our branches
