We arrived in Glasgow December 21 with very limited time to find a flat for our daughter, who was moving from Hawaii, USA, to start a position here. A bit of research and we quickly discovered how competitive the rental housing market is here. We walked into Pacitti Jones on Havelock St to ask about available flats, and received a very helpful reception from Lettings Manager Jennifer McMillan. She quickly connected us with an available property, arranged a viewing, stayed in constant touch by phone and email, provided timely advice on the processes and e-paperwork, and a week later our daughter has her keys. This despite the busy holiday season. We cannot thank Ms McMillan enough for her prompt and professional attention, which provided a huge relief to us, as our time here was so limited.

Gosia was fantastic. Our case had gone a little pear shaped but once Gosia stepped in, she was fantastic. She tackled the issues head on and kept us in the loop at all times. She did not let us give up when we thought our house sale was going to fall through.

Excellent service provided by Pacitti Jones West End Branch. Gosia and Tracey from the helped me out tremendously during the purchase. Each and every thing was smooth and Gosia provided me extensive knowledge about the property I was purchasing. Things I didn’t even know and she warned and explained about those.

Also not to forget about Lorraine Law - Without her RAPIDDD FASTT offer I wouldn’t have secured the property as Market is too bouyent and impossible to secure a right property which is admired by a lot of property hunters. People are willing to pay 20%-30% above home reports easy. Lorraine helped me a lot regarding the offer and securing the deal.
